To commemorate International Women’s Day, women’s grievance cell of our institute organized a special guest talk by Mrs. Rajashree Jainapur, KAS (Senior Scale Officer), on 7th March 2026 to highlight the importance of women’s empowerment, leadership, and equal representation in society. The program aimed to inspire students and staff by emphasizing the role of women in governance, education, and nation building.
The guest speaker shared her valuable insights and experiences from her administrative career. The program began by welcome address and introduction of the guest speaker by Dr Ramya Pai, Incharge of Women’s Grievance cell
Addressing the gathering, Smt Rajashree Jainapur spoke about the significant role women play in administrative offices of the government and how their participation contributes to effective governance, inclusive policies, and balanced decision-making.
